Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a sleeping area.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 28 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Sleeping area: with a double bed (140×190), separated by a partition without a door
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A communal indoor swimming pool measuring 120 m² (heated), open from 1 April to 30 September from 9 am to 8 pm, is at your disposal
- A 9 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more...

- The studio is a 15-minute drive from the Bellefontaine ski resort, which offers cross-country and downhill skiing.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change.
