Très agréable

Logement conforme à l’attendu. Équipement cuisine suffisant, salle de bain fonctionnelle. L’appartement est idéalement placé dans saint Lary, proche des commerces et du téléphérique. Placé de parking prévue ce qui est très pratique.. je recommande ce logement.

Déplorable

Nous venons de louer l’appartement pour une durée de trois jours. Bien que le prix ne soit pas excessif, nous estimons qu’il est essentiel d’offrir un service de qualité aux clients. Tout d’abord, le volet de la pièce principale est hors d’usage, ce qui nous laisse dans l’obscurité en permanence, à l’exception de l’éclairage du plafonnier. Ensuite, nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale, comprenant des bols, des assiettes et des couverts. Le matelas du canapé-lit est inutilisable : il est coupé en deux, sale et bouloché. De plus, l’aspirateur n’a pas été vidé et est rempli de saleté. Est-il vraiment normal que ce soit aux nouveaux clients de nettoyer un appartement loué pour trois jours ?Les couettes et couvertures laissées sur le lit gigogne étaient roulées en boule, dégageant une odeur d’humidité et donnant une impression peu accueillante. Des problèmes de branchements où nous pouvons pas brancher le lave linge en prenant notre douche pour des raisons « de securité » (pancarte affichée dans la salle de bain)! L’hôte ne vérifie pas ce qu’il se passe dans l’appartement avant l’arrivée des locataires ! Ce n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.
