Hormis l'emplacement qui, il est vrai, est parfait, l'appartement est clairement daté et pas du tout entretenu (trou dans les rideaux, échelle lit superposé cassée, matelas des lits superposés désastreux et poussiéreux, etc.). Eu égard au prix de la location le rapport qualité/prix est clairement catastrophique. Les équipements sont restreints au strict minimum (pas même un verre doseur). En bref, location à éviter.
