Gas fired central heating. Private fenced garden, private parking, car port. Gîte ideally located for exploring Bourg-en-Bresse (Royal Monastery at Brou, apothecary), Bouvent (water sports activities), Villars-les-Dombes (park/sanctuary with 1,000 birds) and the Revermont. Extra charge for firewood: 5€/trunk (1st trunk free). Close to Bourg en Bresse. To discover the abbey of Brou but also the different regions of Ain: La Bresse and its gastronomy, Les Dombes and its ponds, Revermont with the Ain valley
