Régine's house

12 km from the beaches of La Grande Motte, the gîte "La maison de Régine" is ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier in an old winemaker's farmhouse (Mas de Cadoule) nicely renovated in a real little hamlet.
This is the former accommodation of the manager of the Mas, adjoining our home, which we completely renovated in 2011 into a gite labeled 3 ears by Gîte de France for 2 people (35 M2).
Régine's house is composed of a large room on the ground floor (Kitchen / Dining room / Living room) with 1 separate toilet and 2 private terraces (North and South), upstairs, one bedroom (160 * 200 bed) and a separate shower room.
The cottage has all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV, WiFi, garden furniture, baby equipment, ...), the bedding is recent and of excellent quality.
The Mas is surrounded by 4 ha of landscaped parks with an orchard, a very large communal swimming pool (19 * 5 M), beaches equipped with deckchairs, a barbecue, a shaded car park with electric gate.
The Mas is in the middle of 20 hectares of cultivated agricultural land belonging to us.
