The absolute tranquility of the countryside, a large garden with a terrace to savor every moment on either side of the cottage, and just a 10-minute drive from the market, shops, and restaurants of the Revel Art City and Lake Saint-Ferréol. Located between Toulouse (47km), Carcassonne (60km), and Albi (67km), you'll enjoy a strategic location for exploring the most beautiful treasures of Occitanie. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, this cottage combines authenticity, space, and functionality, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends, as well as for a business trip in the countryside. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing fresh produce from the Revel market, and a welcoming living room ideal for evenings spent exploring. The layout is pleasant, the flow is smooth, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190cm, one with a double bed 140x190cm, and one with two single beds 90x190cm, one of which is a bunk bed) allow everyone to maintain their privacy. The practical and bright bathroom with toilet completes this comfortable and well-designed sleeping area. Outside, the large garden becomes a true living space: breakfasts on the terrace, naps in the shade, summer dinners in the countryside… Here, time naturally slows down. There is no heating or ventilation system. Each room has single-glazed windows. This large farmhouse is divided into four sections: the gîte (holiday cottage), two uninhabited sections on either side of the gîte, and the owner's quarters at the far end, where he cultivates part of the garden for market gardening.

A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower.
