A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils and cutlery available) open to a spacious living room dining room and with air conditioning and television. The living area gives access to two terraces, one facing south which leads to the swimming pool and a second facing north. <br><br>Upstairs you have three bedrooms, two of which have cupboards. A bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single cabin bed and a drawer for a second single bed and a last bedroom with a cot and a changing chest (possibility of adding a single bed in the baby room). Our children's games stay and are made available.<br>A bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. A separate toilet with washbasin. <br><br>In the basement a master bedroom with shower room and cupboard, a separate toilet with washbasin. <br>You also have the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.<br><br>For outdoor services, on a garden of about 1000m2, you will find a swimming pool without vis-à-vis with equipment (buoys, mattresses...), deckchairs, a rest area with double bed. <br>A south-facing terrace with table, outdoor chair and awning. An anti-UV gazebo with sofas and a barbecue on the second north-facing terrace.<br>Outdoor games for children (swings, trampolines, scooters, bicycles).<br>For baby, we leave a high chair and a stroller.<br><br>The house is located in a quiet area, without vis-à-vis and close to shops (2 min walk). <br>A large fresh produce market is held every Thursday morning. <br>For the happiness of hikers, several circuits start from Saint Juery. <br>Other outings to Saint Juery, the Saut du Tarn museum, 200 years of industrial and social adventures.<br>Activities: zigpark indoor park for children, escape game. <br>Visit Albi by little train, cathedral classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, gardens of the Berbie Palace. <br>A perfect stay to enjoy with family or friends. <br><br>Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. <br>Departures are before 10 a.m.
