Welcome to Saint-Jorioz, on the shores of Lake Annecy! Ideal for stays with family or friends, the simple and spacious house will allow you to fully enjoy the lake and its surroundings, in a serene and rejuvenating setting.

The location
Located 300 meters from direct access to the lake, the house is the ideal place to indulge in long swims, beautiful walks on the banks and many water activities thanks to the nearby water sports center. The center of Saint-Jorioz and its shops are 7 minutes away by bike, the cycle path at the end of the street. Finally, 9 km away, you can discover Annecy, its picturesque old town, its canals, its castle, its shops and its ice cream parlours!PGJyPg

Spacious and comfortable, the house, from the 60s, can accommodate up to 10 people, with 7 bedrooms. Everyone can enjoy their space, while sharing real moments of conviviality.
