All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: Entrance, fully equipped kitchen (Philips L'Or Barista pod and filter coffee machine), living/dining room (smart TV), shower room/WC, laundry room (washing machine), garage with fitness area. First floor: 1st bedroom (180x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds), 2nd bedroom (140x190 cm bed), 3rd bedroom (160x200 cm bed), dormitory with 6 beds (3 bunk beds), bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double vanity, separate WC.
The fitness area includes a stationary bike, treadmill, and rowing machine. Wi-Fi. Private enclosed outdoor space (courtyard of approximately 200 m² and heated swimming pool area shared with the owners who live on-site (discretion assured). Motorcycle-friendly (secure garage for bicycles and motorcycles - reinforced charging point for cars with a flat fee). Non-smoking accommodation.
More about the swimming pool: Heated swimming pool (May 15th to October 15th) occasionally shared with the owners, available from May 15th to October 15th. Length x width x depth: 6 x 3 x (0.50 to 1.50) meters. Your cottage is perfect for families; children will love the dormitory, and both young and old will enjoy the swimming pool. Located at the end of the owners' farmhouse (with completely independent access), you will stay in a peaceful setting, nestled in a small cul-de-sac. This characterful building is a former "cooperative bakery" of the village, and the owners will be delighted to tell you its story. The interior beautifully blends the old and the new. Make it an ideal holiday retreat for rest and relaxation. Its superb, fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining/living area, perfect for delicious meals and relaxing on the sofa with a good drink. When the sun is shining (which isn't uncommon in our region!), the courtyard is ideal for al fresco dining. The region is brimming with attractions. Starting with the Royal City of Loches, frequently recognized for its quality of life, architectural treasures, and its unmissable twice-weekly market. Beauval Zoo is about 30 minutes away, and Futuroscope is 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Closer by, the village of Montrésor (listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France) is a true gem, as is Chédigny, a "Garden Village" famous for its Rose Festival. The nearby Lake Chemillé-sur-Indrois offers water sports and treetop adventure courses, ideal for an active getaway. Surrounded by nature. The Indre Valley also offers cycling routes along the Indre à Vélo cycle path, which connects to the Loire à Vélo route, passing through Chenonceau and then Amboise for the most adventurous and passionate cyclists.
