A stone's throw from the sea, this charming and completely renovated house welcomes you for a relaxing stay on the Vendée coast. Its modern and neat decoration creates a warm atmosphere, perfect for holidays with family or friends, with all the necessary comforts at hand.

The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, freezer and classic and Nespresso coffee makers, open to a pleasant living room with a flat-screen TV. The sleeping area has two bedrooms: one with a large double bed, the other with two bunk beds, ideal for children. You will also have a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets.

Outside, each house has its own private terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the sunny days. A courtyard with barbecue is to be shared with the neighboring house. A shared laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The location is ideal for discovering Saint-Jean-de-Monts and its many activities: beach, cycle paths, golf, casino, thalassotherapy, day and night markets, sailing school and children's entertainment. The surroundings also offer beautiful getaways to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, the island of Noirmoutier, Les Sables-d'Olonne, the Zoo Planète Sauvage or the Puy du Fou.

Accommodation for 4 people. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental of 7 nights. In winter, an extra charge will be requested for heating.
