Recent mobile home rental, for 6 people of 32 m² with all comforts, quiet (since at the end of a cul-de-sac) located on the family and friendly **** campsite of "La YOLE", close to the sea, the forest, the cycle paths, the shops in St Jean de Monts, seaside resort, Golf, Casino, Shops.
1 hour from Puy du Fou, near the islands of Noirmoutier and the island of Yeu, 8 kms of fine sandy beach, pine forests...

DESCRIPTION OF MOBILE HOME :
- 3 bedrooms with blackout blinds, curtains and mosquito nets: 1 with 140*190 bed and 2 with 2x2 of 0.80*190, one with trundle bed.
Each bed is equipped with pillow and duvet. Bring fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases (Possibility of renting linen and bed and toiletries).
Travel cot + high chair available on request.
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, crockery and cutlery, various kitchen utensils: coffee maker, kettle, electric toaster, barbecue, vacuum cleaner, etc...
- 1 Dining Room / Living Room: Sofa, Flat screen TV with TNT decoder, Fan.
- 1 Shower room + sink
- 1 separate toilet

OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT:

- Fully covered and closed wooden terrace 6 x 3 m. - Garden furniture + 2 sun loungers.
- Development of a 2nd sun terrace at the back + garden furniture + 4 chairs + Parasol.

- Disinfection between 2 rentals.

- Mobile home NO SMOKING and pets not allowed

PRICE: includes water + gas + electricity to which you will have to add the tourist tax (0.65 € per night for 2024) for adults, from 18 years old (to be paid directly to the campsite).

Deposits (by separate cheques): €1,000 for the mobile home + €70 for cleaning (returned 15 days after the end of the stay if everything is in good condition and clean).

Payment of 30% at the time of booking, the balance 1 month before your arrival. There will be a rental contract and you will have to provide a certificate of insurance (free of charge with your civil liability).

HOLIDAY VOUCHERS ACCEPTED

For the month of MAY, JUNE, and SEPTEMBER possibility to book by the night (2 minimum) and by the week.
New: MID-Week (except from June 14 to August 30) from Friday 12 noon to Sunday 5 p.m.
