Outside, you will be able to enjoy a closed garden, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a beautiful 35 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying good grilled food in the open air or for relaxing in the sun.
The accommodation opens onto a bright and friendly living area, consisting of a lounge area with television, a dining space, and an open-plan kitchen. This space, bathed in light thanks to the bay windows, leads directly to the garden.
The kitchen, modern and well-designed, has everything necessary to prepare your meals as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and all the utensils you might need.
On the night side, the corridor to the right of the entrance leads to a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200), as well as a shower room with shower, hairdryer, and an independent WC. From the living room, a staircase leads to a nicely arranged mezzanine, which offers a second sleeping area with a double bed (140x200). The layout of this space makes it ideal for a couple of friends or slightly older children.
