We offer for rent our 100m² house with 400m² of garden for holidays in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, just 2 km from the beaches of Erromardie and Lafitenia, 10 minutes from the town centre of Saint-Jean de Luz and the charming village of Guéthary.

Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children, the house consists of:

On the first floor:
- A large, bright and spacious living room (open kitchen, living room and cathedral living room)
- Two bedrooms: one with a 90 cm single bed, the other can be either in a baby's room configuration or with a 140cm bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilets

Upstairs:
- A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room
- A mezzanine with an office area

Equipment for your layout:
- Washing machine and dryer
- Video projector for your movie nights,
- Outdoor table and barbecue
- Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, playpen with toys, changing table)
- Indoor and outdoor children's games

The area is quiet and residential. All shops are within walking distance (Carrefour, Coeur de Frais, Picard, bakery, pharmacy, ...).

The rental includes sheets and towels.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is mandatory (120€).
