Stunning hotel with large, modern and quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good food in the food hall. Right in the town centre close to shops, beach and restaurants. Only 2 min walk away from the train station. Absolutely perfect!

Lovely modern clean Hotel in centre of St Jean de Luz near to the shops and super sandy beach. Welcoming smiley polite and helpful receptionists. Bedrooms very spacious & beds super comfy. We loved the shower room with its green large modern washbasin. Showers were spacious and water correct consistent temperature. We would highly recommend staying here. Situation géographique parfaite

Chambre de bonne taille avec belle vue sur le port Le WC séparé est un plus. Par contre, pas de peignoirs et de chaussons pour un 4* de ce standing est un point négatif. Parking trÚs bien, hÎtel trÚs bien situé. On peut aller partout à pied. Environnement parfait. Manque un peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est de bon conseil et à l'écoute.

Bien aménagement pas optimum

Suite junior vue sur la place . Gde chambre rideaux couvrants, bonne insonoritĂ© , bien situĂ© plein centre Ă  pied, parking 5min Ă  pied, Gde TV . Petit WC dommage il y avait largement la place . Porte sdb coulissante qui tape sur valise posĂ©e Ă  cĂŽtĂ© dommage pas bien pensĂ© , idem pr service Ă  cafĂ© trop bas on se tape la tĂȘte dur l’étagĂšre du dessus, idem pr travailler mini Ă©tagĂšre toute petite qui fait ÂŽbureau’ l’agencement pas si bien pensĂ© alors que l’espace le permettait largement . Petit dej restreint pas gd chose pas bcp choix. Pas rĂ©ception ni de rĂ©ponse au tel apres 23h si besoin qqch

Chambre propre, personnel agrĂ©able, literie confortable. Et au calme. Emplacement parfait Il manque cependant un peu de rangement, une Ă©tagĂšre dans la salle de bain serait la bienvenue. Des verres Ă  eau Ă©galement car 2 tasses Ă  cafĂ© c’est juste .
