Location peu confortable mais un accueil chaleureux

Installations vétustes et peu confortables (salle de bain exigue, literie passable, fauteuils inconfortables) qui demanderaient des investissements sérieux pour être agréables. Un peu loin du centre de Saint Jean mais faisable. Des boutiques proches bien appréciables. La propriétaire est à l'écoute.

Bilan locatif

Emplacement très agréable, location spacieuse, centre de St Jean de Luz accessible à pied, quelques points à améliorer pour rendre cette location vraiment plaisante: canapé et fauteuils du séjour très vieux, inconfortables et crasseux, équipement sommaire dans la cuisine (frigo très petit, porte bac à glaçons cassée, bac à douche vraiment trop petit et mal pratique, pas d’aspirateur mais un balai dont le manche ne tient pas…) C’est vraiment dommage car, sans ces restrictions, nous aurions recommandé sans aucun doute cette location. La fille de la propriétaire est très réactive et très agréable dans les échanges de mails.

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix

Vaste, calme, bien situé cet appartement serait top si l'équipement était un peu complété ( bouilloire électrique, grille-pain par exemple). Les propriétaires sont tres gentils et tres réactifs.
