Quartz countertops in the kitchen , fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker , Air fryer , all new appliances. Extra Fridge/Freezer in garage if needed. Shuffleboard table for your entertainment along with several board games. Wi-Fi and Internet , new TVs throughout the house for streaming. Brand new washer and dryer in the garage. Several bicycles in great condition to use riding around the neighborhood. Quiet , 5 miles to walk or ride without leaving the neighborhood. The U shaped Dock has a 10,000lb Boatlift with remotes, with plenty of lighting. Deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico. Matlacha, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are visible from Pine Island. Make sure lights are out , doors are locked , tvs are off.
Rinse dirty dishes and place in dish washer
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please , treat the home as you own. Garbage and recycle pickup are mondays - pull out to end of driveway Sunday night - if windy do in the morning
