Keuken alles aanwezig maar duidelijk al vele jaren dienst gehad. Buiten BBQ en tuintje ok. Wij hebben er een leuk familieweekend gehad met 10 personen. Waaronder 3 kinderen.

Hier komen voelde verfrissend aan na mijn gebruikelijke reizen. Ik dacht dat ik de drukte van het stadsleven zou missen, maar deze plek liet me meer waarderen van de natuur. De grote tuin was geweldig, ik genoot 's ochtends van koffie buiten terwijl ik naar de vogels luisterde. De open haard binnen was een geweldige plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag verkenning van nabijgelegen locaties zoals het Euro Space Center.

Deze werd per uur (!) aan een hoog bedrag aangerekend. Wat ervoor zorgde dat het toch wel een duur weekend werd achteraf gezien. Wij wisten niet vooraf dat dit per uur zou aangerekend worden. Wij vonden dit niet correct. Wij gaan hier niet meer terug.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het charmante vakantiehuis in Awenne! De locatie was perfect voor ons gezin, met veel buitenactiviteiten. De kinderen speelden graag in de tuin terwijl wij genoten van een drankje op het terras. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor we gemakkelijk samen maaltijden konden bereiden. Een echte aanrader voor grote gezinnen!
