The garden, at the rear of the house, is private and fenced, with a large wooden deck equipped with a garden table (seats 12), sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue. There's also a large courtyard in front of the house with a terrace, garage, and one parking space. Optional extras: cleaning (€160), sheets (€10/bed), bath towels (€7/person). Security deposit: €1500. Cleaning deposit: €200. Heating supplement from October to May: €5/night.
