Welcome to the Seagull's Nest, a charming fully renovated apartment, located in the La Couronne residence Marines in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, just 100 meters from the famous Seagulls beach. An ideal pied-à-terre for family or friends vacations, in a peaceful setting and just steps from the ocean.



With an area of approximately 45 m², the apartment offers a simple, functional, and bright living space. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190), comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. The friendly living room opens onto a small balcony exposed to enjoy the sea air. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, and the private garage ensures you a parking spot even during peak season.



The sea is accessible on foot in less than 2 minutes, to fully enjoy the joys of the beach, swimming and walks along the seashore. In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops, restaurants, bakery and local market for a practical and hassle-free stay.

At 2.5 km, the Atlantic Toboggan water park will delight children and adults alike.



At 6 km, Explora Parc offers tree climbing, archery, escape games and more.



The cycle paths of the Vélodyssée, very close by, offer beautiful rides through forests or along the seaside.



The port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (7 km away) is perfect for strolling, discovering markets or embarking towards the Island of Yeu.
