Ponsfords first French holiday for 3 yeras

The property was not quite what I had envisaged from the pictures in the advertisement but was generally very good. The bedrooms were different from what I expected but happily suited our family sleeping arrangements / different branches of the same family require thought when arranging sleeping accommodation. The location was exactly as indicated and the view from the main house and terrace/patio was splendid. Being so close to the center of St Gilles was a bonus. The 14 days of wall-to-wall sunshine made the whole holiday. The agent seeing us in and out of the property was most attentive. We would be happy to return to this property.

Il ne manquait rien, l’agencement est idĂ©al et l’emplacement trĂšs bien, la circulation devant n’est pas gĂȘnante, nous reviendrions volontiers. La haie pourrait juste ĂȘtre taillĂ©e 10 a Ă  15 cm plus courte pour voir les bateaux rentrer dans le port lorsque l’on est assis Ă  la terrasse. Belles vacances ,MERCI

Annonce non conforme

MalgrĂ© un emplacement en face de la plage (mais qui a son lot de contraintes : bruit la nuit, passage des voitures, l endroit est assez bruyant) nous avons surtout subit de nombreux dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. Le 1er, mĂȘme pas encore rentres dans le logement, la conciergerie nous informe que le sĂšche linge est en panne et pas rĂ©parable car 15 ans d age. Apres un contact rapide avec le propriĂ©taire, fort dĂ©sagrĂ©able des le mot bonjour,celui ci a refusĂ© de faire quoi que ce soit. La conciergerie nous a apportĂ© un tanquarville pour faire sĂ©cher le linge mais Ă  8 dans un logement avec un petit sĂ©choir quand il pleut toute la semaine, pas trĂšs pratique ! Mais le pire a Ă©tĂ© notre surprise quand un logement indique comme accessible en fauteuil roulant dans l annonce se trouve avoir 3 marches Ă  chacune des entrĂ©es du logement. Certes, l annexe est de plain-pied mais la cuisine et le salon salle Ă  manger se trouvent dans la maison principale. Heureusement pour nous notre fils se dĂ©place en fauteuil manuel, il a donc fallu porter environ 100kg Ă  chaque fois qu on sortait du logement. Ce qui aurait Ă©tĂ© impossible pour un fauteuil Ă©lectrique ou mĂȘme un adulte seul avec u La personne en fauteuil roulant. Une honte ! Le choix de ce logement avait bien entendu etait fait par rapport a cette accessibilitĂ©. La cuisine quant Ă  elle est bien Ă©quipĂ©e mais la grandeur des casseroles et poĂȘles n est pas adaptĂ©e a l accueil de 8 personnes. La conciergerie est par contre trĂšs a l ecoute, rien Ă  redire sur leur service. Logement a fuir si vous ĂȘtes en fauteuil ou si vous cherchez la tranquillitĂ©. Plutot adaptĂ© Ă  6 personnes maximum.

Emplacement exceptionnel et accueil trÚs attentionné. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée (il ne manquait que les couteaux à huitres, que nous avons acheté et laissé), les chambres ont beaucoup de charme. La maison arriÚre est un peu vieillotte et la VMC est sous calibrée . La maison principale est agréable; sa situation connue est pratique presque sur la plage et en face du club de voile. L'inconvénient c'est la route de la corniche trÚs passante, animée et la fréquentation parfois nocturne d'estivants bruyants sur la plage; chaque médaille a son revers!
