Just a few minutes from the sea, this charming chalet of 60 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people is located in a residence in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and is ideal for a family stay.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden as well as a beautiful 25 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a bioclimatic pergola, perfect for your outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in the sun.



Inside, as soon as you enter the chalet you will discover a bright and warm living space. It consists of a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, an armchair and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Extending from this, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The open-plan, modern and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A large bay window illuminates the whole space and provides direct access to the terrace.



On the sleeping side, the chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190), convertible into a Queen size bed 160x190.

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x190)



Two bathrooms, with shower and WC in one, as well as an independent WC, complete the accommodation.



Two outdoor parking spaces are available in the residence.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
