Welcome to Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, just 500 metres from the Rohu and Govelins beaches, where this brand new, fully equipped house welcomes you for family or friends' holidays. Its enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue invites you to share convivial moments outdoors, while a bedroom upstairs offers a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers. In a quiet corner, close to the ocean, you will enjoy a rejuvenating stay between swimming, water activities and seaside walks.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, bright living space open to the terrace and garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large dining table for 10 people or, on beautiful days, enjoy the one installed on the terrace. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, travel cot, wardrobe and private shower room.
