"Les Géraniums" cottage for 6 people with a surface area of 50 m2 with one floor is aimed at a family with children or couples of friends. The bedrooms are spacious and have a double bed + a single bed and a wardrobe each.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped closed kitchen with high bar and high chairs then the living/dining room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, coffee table, table and chairs that can accommodate 6 people, 1 separate toilet with sink. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outdoor terrace of 14 m2 with an awning, garden furniture and barbecue. During the hottest hours of the day, for lunch, we have provided a table and chairs in the shade under the trees reserved for your personal use.
This cottage exudes an air of modernity whose comfort will delight you. You will be able to take advantage of the facilities at your disposal which are to be shared, such as the secure 12mx6m overflow swimming pool with deckchairs, parasols and solar shower. We added a wooden terrace with wooden pallet benches and cushions.
The location of the cottage is ideal for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord within a 30 km radius. You can also go hiking directly from your gîte.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Très beau gîte au calme

Belle propriété avec une très belle piscine, terrain de tennis et de pétanque. Les chambres étaient agréables. La location était cependant un peu juste pour 6 personnes en terme d'équipements. Mais pour une semaine, ça passe. Les autres gîtes étaient libres durant notre passage, c'est pourquoi nous étions au calme. A voir quand c'est plein. Un seul Auchan market à 15mn de route, faut éviter les oublis.

Un très agréable séjour

Un très bon accueil de la part de Mme CROUZET. Le jardin est bien aménagé et l'intimité est préservée notamment grâce aux arbres et végétaux bien disposés. Si chacun est respectueux et bienveillant, la piscine commune est un lieu de convivialité où l'on fait connaissance avec ses voisins pendant que les enfants jouent ensemble. Dans un contexte sanitaire compliqué, nous avons pu constater que les équipements en commun étaient désinfectés régulièrement. Nous recommandons le domaine de Landrevie.

Région du Périgord fort agréable et la location à notre convenance pour un long week-end reposant et à la campagne. Gite pour 4 correctement équipé, la propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute, accueil chaleureux et efficaces.
