Grand Panorama is situated at the foot of Mont D'Arbois in the quiet Saint Gervais Les Bains. Skiing and Snowboarding can be enjoyed in the Winter, and Walking and Mountain Biking in the Summer with the added bonus of the outdoor heated swimming pool. Awesome roads for Motorcycling.

Great accommodation for family of 4. Great location, comfy beds and very quiet with good blinds. Minor niggle was lack of a microwave & kitchen cupboard space/layout. Host was quick to respond to questions and very easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

Located right beside the gondola, less than 10 minute walk into town. Spacious and light apartment. Three of us had a wonderful week of skiing. Would definitely return

Leider etwas laut im Haus,da viele mit Skistiefel im Gang laufen. Es hÀtte etwas sauberer sein können. Haare vom VorgÀnger in Dusche und Toilette. Sonst aber sehr gute aus Ausstattung.

lovely apartment and very close to gondola

We had a great stay in this comfortable apartment, which overall was good value. Very close to gondola so great for skiing. There is no oven or grill which we were surprised at. Be careful you highlight any damage you find on arrival so you don't get charged for it.

Great apartment, good location.

We have stayed in this apartment several times now, the owner is always available to contact if there are any questions we have. The apartment is light and roomy for a French ski resort, access to local facilities and restaurants is all in easy reach. The gonadal station is a two minute walk as is the local bakery.

Great Apartment and location

Location was 2 mins walk to Telecabine and about 10 minutes walk into St Gervais. Apartment well cared for and very clean with lots of kitchen utensils. We loved the fondue pot. Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water and good quality linen and towels. We loved the ski resort and the town and prices on the mountain were not extortionate. Ski Locker in the basement a bonus and delicious pain au chocolat from nearby boulongerie. We had a great holiday.

Great stay again!

This is our second stay at this apartment. It is exceptionally rare for us to stay in the same place twice as we love to try different places. However, this apartment is clean, comfortable, good value and brilliantly located for a skiing holiday on the Mont Blanc Evasion - two minutes walk in ski boots to the main gondola up to the Bettex. The ski area is amazing - stunning mountainous scenery, great range of runs, virtually no queues and empty pistes even though we were staying at half term. The owner is very efficient, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We love this ski area and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in the area as this apartment is perfect. We hope we find it free next time we visit St Gervais. Fingers crossed....

Beautiful location, great apartment

Had a great time and will definitely think about returning. Apartment was clean and comfortable, ideal for our family of four. Perfect location for mountains and strolling into the beautiful town of St Gervais. Owner was very helpful and accommodating, easy to deal with, no problems, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location for easy access to skiing.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Ideal for 4 but can accommodate 6. Huge plus is that the apartment is located less than two minutes from putting your ski boots on (in the communal ski storage room of the building) to the gondola station. Perfect! There is a boulengerie and ski hire shop a few minutes walk away and the village centre is less than 10 minutes - with plenty of places to eat, a couple of small supermarkets and various good shops including, delis, good quality souvenirs, ski wear etc. Skiing in St Gervais was fantastic - plenty of good runs to suit all levels. This great apartment with its fantastic location (coupled with brilliant skiing conditions and empty pistes) provided us with probably the best overall ski holidays we have had. As others have said - a real gem that you want to keep to youself! Would love to go back.

Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et bien agencĂ©, idĂ©al pour 6 personnes. 1 cabine de douche et une baignoire sont vraiment trĂšs pratiques lorsque vous ĂȘtes 6. Having stayed in St Gervais for several years this is the best apartments that we have stayed in, the location close to the gonadal station was ideal with two young children. The owner was readily contactable if required. Apartment was light and comfortable with plenty of living space. Local contact was friendly and spoke very good English.

Fantastic apartment at the perfect location for the ski cable car

The apartment is in a dream position if walking in ski boots, only a 2 minute walk to the cable car station. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and was a pleasure to stay in. The owner, was easy to work with, great response times to queries. Overall a great place to stay for a winter or summer location.

We had a wonderful time in Saint-Gervais and would like to share a few impressions of our stay.Communication with the landlady was friendly, reliable, and prompt at all times, with no delays.Regarding the location, the apartment is about 100 meters from the gondola valley station in Saint-Gervais. When staying here, it makes sense to walk to the gondola. We rented a ski locker directly at the gondola station, put on our skis and equipment there, and then took the gondola straight up to Le Bettex. It would also have been possible to store the skis in the ski room of the apartment building, but for us it was more convenient to rent the locker at the gondola, which worked perfectly.From the apartment, restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The town center of Saint-Gervais can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. The ice rink for ice skating is also very close and can be reached either by car or on foot. Our children went ice skating there every afternoon. For larger grocery shopping, it is advisable to drive to nearby towns, about 15–20 minutes away by car, although everything is also available locally if you keep the higher prices in mind.We left our car in the underground garage, which was convenient and completely unproblematic.On arrival, the apartment was very clean. We additionally booked interim cleanings with local cleaning staff, which we organized ourselves. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need: a dishwasher, an oven (no microwave

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce logement trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© et propre Ă  5 min des tĂ©lĂ©cabines et pas trĂšs loin non plus du centre de St Gervais. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs bien organisĂ©e Ă©galement avec les casiers Ă  ski au sous-sol. Quelques petits points faciles Ă  amĂ©liorer: - un deuxiĂšme jeu de clĂ© serait trĂšs utile quand tout le monde ne skie pas en mĂȘme temps - mettre Ă  disposition des poĂȘles en bon Ă©tat et un peu plus de vaisselle Le seul petit bĂ©mol Ă©tait le parking qui nous a Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© dans le message d'arrivĂ©e et qui est en fait fermĂ© la nuit. Toutes les personnes de cette rĂ©sidence et de celles alentours ont eu des mots de la police municipale sur leur voiture chaque matin (heureusement pas d'amende) nous disant de nous garer sur un parking public dans le village (Ă  15 min Ă  pied, avec des enfants en bas Ăąge ce n'est pas idĂ©al)

Close to perfect

The location is brilliant for skiing vacation, the appartment is nicely decorated, well equipped. Only a few things might need to be improved such as kitchen tools (frying pans are too old, too less glasses) but that something easy to fix. The real negative point is on the parking solution. There is no parking available at night since you are not allowed to park inf ront of residence at night. The host is very responsive, that is a good point.
