The studio is on the 1st floor, without elevator. It has an Eastern exposure with view on the Mont-Blanc massif, and has a balcony with garden lounge.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The studio is composed of :

- A slepping area with window : sofa bed for 2 person.
- A living room with sofa bed for 2 person, dining area and television.
- An equipped kichenette with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave/grill, kettle, raclette grill.
- A bathroom with bath and sink.
- An independent toilet.

Additional equipments : outdoor parking and ski locker. Pets not allowed due to allergy.

The "Les Aiguilles" residence is located on the road leading to Bettex, 1.5km from the Bettex cable car and 8.10km from the center of Saint-Gervais.
A shuttle stop is present in winter at 400m.
The residence does not have an elevator.
