Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it has been renovated with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room, a separate kitchen, a south-west balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains.<br>The apartment is ideal for 2 families. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the living room with an intermediate door to isolate the children (or parents) from the noise of the living room. The children's bedroom, with its 2 bunk beds, is 17m2. It has an en-suite shower room. One of the 2 master bedrooms also has an en-suite shower room. The last bathroom is shared for the other 2 bedrooms.<br>It has a communal garden, a parking space. A 5 minute walk from the village center.<br>By renting ski lockers at the foot of the gondolas at the same time, you can go to the gondola on foot without any problem. Everyone is independent.<br>In summer, there are many activities: tennis, walking, lake and baths.
