Cocoonr offers this charming 28 m² house for rent in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.

It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with a shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a 3-drawer freezer.
- A bedroom with 1 double sofa bed, 3 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outdoors:
- A lovely 600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, and a Weber barbecue

The house is ideally located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Lieux fidèle à l’annonce, calme , confortable ,propre . Agréable avec le feu de cheminée. Très bien pour notre chien car jardin clôturé. Tout à fait adapté pour une petite famille. Avons pu faire un barbecue avec viandes locales provenant des distributeurs à quelques pas de la maison en direction de la mer. Super séjour.

Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons été en contact avec la gardienne, adorable et à l'écoute. A l'arrivée, belle surprise ! Le logement est super : beau, lumineux, bien pensé, bien équipé. Et très propre. Il est très bien situé. L'accès à la mer et aux balades est précieux. Malgré l'incroyable tempête Ciaran qui nous a coupé le courant puis l'eau (!) nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Dans ces circonstances la gardienne ainsi que la propriétaire ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement !"

Gezellig knus huisje met grote tuin, BBQ met alle toebehoren. Inventaris laat niets aan het toeval over, zeer compleet, alleen dekbedovertrek en matrashoes en handdoeken meenemen. Aardige beheerster. 🙁 Tweepersoonsbed is 1.40, beetje krap maar prima matras. Verder alles perfect."
