From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by a warm living area combining a lounge with a flat-screen TV, a dining corner, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home: a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer compartment make it easy to prepare delicious meals.
Step down to a small room with a 90 cm bed, offering direct access to the terrace and garden—a true invitation to relax from the moment you wake up.
The house also features a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet with hand basin, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.
Take a seat on the terrace with its garden furniture and parasol for an al fresco lunch, then unwind on the sun loungers with a book in hand, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Here, time seems to stand still.
To complete the experience, you have a private parking space located at the back of the property, right by the gate—a real bonus for a hassle-free holiday.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
