VILLA CONSTANTINE A 2 PAS DU PORT DE BOYARDVILLE

Very nice house of 70m², ideally sited a few meters away from the port and the beach of Boyardville. Composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed and 3 bunk beds. Closed kitchen to be used for the meal. A cosy and warm lounge. Completely renovated, this house is perfect for carless holidays with also a 100m² garden and a terrasse at the rear so you can enjoy the beautiful weather and fresh air of the island. The kitchen stove is mix gaz and electric, barbecue works will charcoal. You'll be able to park up to 2 cars in a dead end street from where, by foot, you will directly join either the port and its restaurant, or the beach. A bit further the Saumonards Forrest for those who wnat to walk or cycle and access to the Saumonards beach, one of the most beautiful of Oléron. Internet connection available, no TV in the house, coffee machine Tassimo available, no filter coffee machine, linen not included int he price, available in option. Chimney not operational. Good plan on demand regarding bikes hiring. Tourism tax may be added and payable on arrival, depending on your dates of stay and the channel used for your booking.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location. La maison est très bien située et bien décorée / équipée ! L’extérieur est très agréable. Le plus : des jeux pour les enfants ! Nous recommandons!

Maison paisible et familiale

Maison au calme proche de la plage. La terrasse très agréable avec sa douche extérieure et sa cabane pour des moments de partage et de farniente ; Veritable atout de cette maison familiale. A quelques petits kilomètres à vélo de la plage des Saumonarts unz de nos préférées. Tres bon contact avec le propriétaire.
