Renovated country house in a small village surrounded by nature

In a green setting nestled in a small hamlet of a few houses, 3 kilometers from the heart of Saint Genis de Saintonge, a small village with several bakeries, mini-market, hairdresser, beautician but also a pharmacy, restaurants and pizzeria. You will find a small market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday).

We welcome you in a house renovated by us with a capacity of 6 to 8 people.

House on 2 levels:
- On the first floor, with PRM accessibility, there is a living room with sofa bed overlooking the garden, 1 toilet, 1 master bedroom (bed 160) with private bathroom.
- Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a bed 140 and 1 with 2 beds of 90, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

We provide you with a barbecue, a petanque court, a relaxation area, high chair and travel cot.
Make yourself comfortable in your vacation home, which features a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.
