Included in your stay:
- Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels), but personal toiletries are not.
- A starter kit is also provided: 1 roll of toilet paper, a single-use dose of dishwasher detergent, a dose of laundry detergent, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag.
- Welcome gift: a local "Ti' Punch" kit featuring a small bottle of rum, a lime, cane sugar, and a bottle of chilled water.
- Upon arrival, Thierry or the property concierge will provide your parking permit for the complex, a gate access badge, pool wristbands, a map of Guadeloupe, and a guide (non-exhaustive) to help you make the most of your stay.

- Upon arrival, the rental agent meets you as you step off the plane and drives you directly to the residence.
- For your departure, the agent either collects the car from the residence or meets you when you drop it off in Saint-François, then drives you directly to the airport for your flight.
