You will succumb to its relaxing and neat decoration.<br>The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundry room.<br>It has 3 bedrooms:<br>bedroom 1: DOUBLE BED master suite with dressing room and bathroom (30m2)<br>bedroom 2: DOUBLE BED master suite with dressing room and bathroom (25m2)<br>Bedroom 3: The dormitory consists of two bunk beds with wardrobe and bathroom (17m2)<br>For meals and relaxation you will benefit from a covered terrace of more than 80m2.<br>The villa is equipped with a 2000 liter water tank in case of possible water cuts.<br>The swimming pool (12mX7m) is ideally located in front of the villa with its sunbeds.<br>The lush garden of more than 1200m2 has a multitude of exotic plant species and fruit trees (depending on the season mangoes, avocados, sapodillas, malaka apples, etc.).<br>The International Golf Course is nearby as well as the aerodrome (skydiving, microlight, baptism).<br>The nearest beach is 2 MINUTES away by car.
