A Little Piece of Heaven

Great little place in a beautiful setting. It was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the host was delightful. The beach and pool were only a short walk away, and were both lovely. It is a bit of a distance if you plan on exploring the west or north sides of the island.

Appartement trÚs bien situé avec plage privée exclusive aux résidents du site. Localisation à proximité de toutes les commodités et de la ville de St-François. Restaurant Ti-Coco sur place trÚs apprécié pour petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. Pizza excellente pour apporter à votre appartement. Nous avons été trÚs bien reçus et conseillés par la personne responsable qui nous a accueillie. TrÚs grande piscine bien entretenue avec vue directe sur la mer. AccÚs direct à des sentiers de marche menant à d'autres plages. Stationnement facile, sécurisé et gratuit sur place.

A nice stay, with a few small downsides

My partner and I had a nice stay here. The private beach and pool were very nice. And the apartment was very modern and comfortable. There were just a few points that meant the stay wasn't as good as it could have been. The Wi-Fi was not very good. The signal strength and the speed were poor and certain websites (Netflix, for example) did not work with our phones at all. The main issue was the loss of water pressure in the holiday apartments 3 days (out of just a 5 day visit) during our stay. It slowed to just a trickle out of the taps and the shower would not work at all. Although the apartment looked like the photos on the listing, we found we could not have the shutters up to enjoy the view as much as we would like, because there were birds that would fly into the kitchen constantly. Finally the tennis courts mentioned in the listing were very run down and did not have nets. We understand that a lot of these issues are outside of the control of the property owner, but feel that these things (such as the state of the Wi-Fi and the tennis courts) could have been reflected more accurately in the description.

Il Ă©tait inscrit deux chambres il y en avait juste une, le mobilier Ă©tait trĂšs de base, nous sommes allĂ©s acheter des chaises plus confortable pour faire le mois. Le lit Ă©tait trĂšs inconfortable. Il n’y avait pas de four, les voisins en bas Ă©taient trĂšs bruyants et leur chien qui ne cessait de chaper! Par contre l’emplacement Ă©tait super, sur la plage avec un bon resto oĂč il est possible de se faire faire un plat Ă  emporter chapaitchopait

Studio trÚs agréable , conforme à la description. Résidence et environnement agréable également. Facile d'accÚs depuis aéroport. Petit bémol pour le WIFI , il manque une box dans le studio ainsi que 2 transats pour se rendre à la plage de la résidence qui est magnifique. Le studio est entiÚrement équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour. L'accueil est parfait.

La résidence est trÚs bien entretenue, accueillante. Dommage pour les restrictions d'eau, mais on s'adapte. Si vous pouvez mettre un peu d'huile à la serrure de la porte d'entrée, notre petit-fils avait un peu de mal à ouvrir, sinon trÚs bon séjour !!!

On doit se laver aprĂšs 21h avec des bouteilles d’eau Ă  cause des coupures. Pas ou trĂšs peu de rĂ©seau, on ne peut pas communiquer facilement. L’entrĂ©e du parking a un double dos d’ñne dangereux pour les vĂ©hicules.

Le studio est bien situé, vue sympa, par contre l annonce n est pas conforme puisqu'il n y a pas deux chambres mais une et qui n a rien d une suite parentale et le deuxiÚme lit qui est un bz se trouve dans la cuisine, il faut donc le refermer tous les jours pour avoir un peu de place dans la piÚce, bien pour deux personnes.
