75 sqm Apartment – 2 Air-Conditioned Bedrooms – Beach Access & 2 Swimming Pools

This is my personal apartment, which I occasionally rent out as a holiday property. Please feel free to contact me if some dates are not available on the website.

The apartment is 75 sqm and located in a secure, high-end residence featuring two swimming pools (a large one and a smaller children’s pool), a spacious garden, and private beach access.

It also features a large covered terrace of 14 sqm with a lovely view of the smaller pool and the sea. You will find a hammock and a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, including infants.

The living room and open kitchen are fully equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, sofa (non-convertible), oven, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, etc. There are also books available for you to enjoy during your stay.

The two bedrooms, measuring 12 and 13 sqm, each include a large built-in wardrobe. I keep a few personal belongings there, but you will still have plenty of space for your own items.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with a standard 140 cm double bed as well as a desk, making the apartment suitable for remote work.

The bathroom, renovated three years ago, includes a shower, and the toilet is separate.

The apartment is located on the first floor, in the Emerald 4 building (see map), which gives it the advantage of being well ventilated and particularly quiet.

You will also have your own private parking space directly at the foot of the building.

The Crystal Beach residence is appreciated for its peaceful holiday atmosphere and its beachfront location.

Ideally located, the apartment is only 2 km from the town center and close to shops, restaurants, the ferry terminal, golf course, casino, marina, gym, as well as surfing and kitesurfing spots.

At the entrance of the residence, you will find an excellent bakery, a convenience store, a hair salon, and a beauty salon. There are also three restaurants within walking distance (pizza, burgers, traditional cuisine, and semi-gourmet dining).

You will also have the option to rent electric bikes to explore the surroundings, visit Pointe des Châteaux, or simply ride into town
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Séjour Inoubliable !

Séjour du 04/02/17 au 11/02/17 Inoubliable ! Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Karine qui a tout fait pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable. Notre avion est parti avec un jour de retard et nous avons aussitôt prévenu Karine qui s’est organisée pour nous recevoir le lendemain dimanche et nous à accueilli chaleureusement avec petits cadeaux de bienvenue et petites courses de dépannage vu notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons été chouchouté et merci encore ! La résidence est très agréable et calme. De quoi se restaurer à l’entrée de la résidence et une boulangerie qui fait d’excellents produits. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking privé, l’accès sécurisé et le parfait entretien des jardins et piscine. Un accès à la plage de sable blanc très facile pour ceux qui aiment bronzer et d’une belle longueur pour des balades au coucher du soleil. Pour se baigner, il faut aller un peu plus loin et contourner la barrière de corail. Le logement est joliment décoré et fonctionnel, on y est comme à la maison… Les chambres son spacieuses et la clim la nuit est silencieuse. En journée, il suffit d’ouvrir la baie et la porte pour laisser traverser l’appartement d’un léger vent très agréable, profiter du chant des oiseaux et de plus, grâce à la brise : Pas une seule piqûre de moustiques pendant la semaine début février ! Nous sommes plongeurs et nous avons apprécié l’espace pour étaler tout notre matériel (palmes et combi) et une machine à laver performante pour rincer et essorer tout ça en un temps record. La situation du logement est parfaite pour visiter grande terre et les petits commerçants de St François sont fort sympathiques. Si nous revenons sur Grande terre un jour, nous choisirons à nouveau St François comme destination et c’est chez Karine que nous souhaiterons revenir ! Merci encore pour tout. Marie Laure

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé, calme et tout proche de la plage. Terrasse et piscine très agréables. L'appartement était propre et confortable. La propriétaire très sympa nous a donné pleins de bons plans et de conseils pour optimiser notre séjour. Il nous reste juste de superbes souvenirs et l'envie de revenir !

Beach!

We loves our time on Guadeloupe and this was a great home base for a week of exploration. The condo is about 45-60 mins from the airport with a lovely little view of the ocean from the balcony. The location is good for exploring Grand Terre and we enjoyed the town of St Francois. The photos are accurate. The condo is well appointed and homey. Not luxe, but very comfortable. The balcony and its hammock is the place to be in the condo. The main bedroom had a double bed (ok, but / little small for my tall spouse). My daughter loved the kids room. When you open the windows, there is a great breeze (but no window screens). The condo complex is beach front and has two small pools. There is a bakery, hamburger place, a beach bar and a fine dining establishment. There are lots of great landscaping with tropical flowers. Karine is great to work with. She is very responsive and speaks English. We enjoyed working with her (she even mailed back a forgotten toy to us). Our only hiccup is that there was an electronic gate at the complex that we were not expecting. Karine had given us another POC that only spoke French (we, sadly, do not) and that required some pantomiming and the help of generous strangers to get us in to the complex. All in all - we highly recommend!

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en Guadeloupe

Nous avons trouvé un appartement en tout point identique à sa description. Déco soignée, très bien équipé. La terrasse est un vrai plus, avec sa vue sur le jardin, piscine et la mer. Cadre très agréable, à deux pas de la mer, dans une résidence très bien équipée (piscine, bar, boulangerie, restaurants...) et entretenu. Sa proximité direct avec le centre de St François, nous a permis de nous déplacer également à pied. Enfin la situation géographique de l'appart nous a permis de découvrir grande terre mais aussi basse terre (très proche) tout en étant au cœur des plus belles plages de l'îles. Merci pour ce séjour !!!

Beautiful, very well appointed apartment

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The complex is a brand new gated community with a nice private pool, and it's located right on the ocean. The apartment is furnished very tastefully, it's very cosy, super quite and has a nice view. It has a very nice veranda where you can have meals or just chill out on a hammock. Right at the entrance of the complex there is a great bakery where you can buy fresh baguettes and croissants, a convenient supermarket for grocery shopping and a very nice restaurant. Within 10 minutes drive you can reach downtown where there is a nice farmers market every day, and in another 5 minutes drive you are at the Marina, where you have dozens of restaurants and bars, live music and entertainment. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring the whole island, both the Basse-Terre and the Grande-Terre. And after a long day spent at the beach, when you come back this apartment is so cozy that you just feel home! Oh, and one more thing: the hostess Karine is so knowledgeable with the island that can give you a lot of tips on where to go and what to do if you want to explore off the beaten path!

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

Très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Karine! Logement propre, spacieux, bien agencé, tout à fait conforme aux photos publiées sur le site... nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison et avons apprécié la vueidyllique sur la piscine et la mer ! Résidence calme, bien située à Saint François, point de depart idéal pour rayonner sur l'île. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, les recommandations et la disponibilité de notre hôte qui, même à distance, a veillé à notre bonne installation... En résumé, nous sommes ravis de notre choix et recommandons vivement ce logement! Merci encore à Karine et au plaisir !!

Fantastic apartment steps from a great beach.

This is a very nice apartment, clean and well decorated two bedroom apartment. The pictures posted here are accurate. The apartment is located steps from one of the best beaches in the island, raisins clairs, and with a great pool. The apartment is located in a nice and nice condominium with bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the complex. Karine was a great host and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had a fantastic time in Guadeloupe and will definitely return. We hope to stay in the same apartment once we are back.
