Sandra and Olivier offer 3 totally independent chalets (here LE GRIOU) furnished 3 stars on a plot of 2200 m² planted with trees and flowers with private parking, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. <br>Located at an altitude of 510m, near Saint-Floret, one of the most beautiful villages in Auvergne in the magnificent Couze-Pavin valley, calm assured and magnificent view. Trout river 150 m from the chalets, hiking and mountain biking through breathtaking landscapes, not to mention in winter the resorts of Super Besse, Le Mont Dore, Chastreix, Picherande and Pessade (Nordic skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, dog sledding...).<br> Come and discover the Sancy and Cézallier massifs as well as the volcanoes of Auvergne including the illustrious Puy de Dôme.<br>Capacity of 7 people but 6 adults maximum.<br><br>Non-smoking chalet but ashtray for possibility of smoking outside.<br><br>Septic tanks, bleach prohibited.<br><br>Dogs that must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone.<br>PET PACKAGE: 20€/pet/stay to be paid on arrival.<br><br>Security deposit cheque of €300 not cashed and returnable after departure (unless there is significant damage during the stay or the electricity consumption package is exceeded).<br><br>Electricity consumption package of 40 KwH/day. Superbe accueil des propriétaires ! Beau petit chalet bien entretenu et emplacement au top pour des balades à pieds où à vélo. Sain-Floret est un très joli petit village. Superbe région

Chalet montagnard

Une multitude de randos à proximité et un peu plus loin, nombreux sites à découvrir, Un très bon accueil de la part de Sandra Un chalet très bien équipé et tout confort, idéal pour 5 et un peu plus.

Très belle semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 3 ans. Gîte idéalement placé pour visiter les environs. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil sympathique

Maison sympathique mais ...

Propiétaires absents à l'arrivée et au départ (une gentille dame mandatée) Pas d'état des lieux au départ (la dame mandatée était en charge du nettoyage d'un autre chalet) Menuiserie (porte d'entrée)défaillante Etat de propreté de la vaisselle "limite" à l'arrivée (propre au départ) Jeu de draps non conforme (on a fait avec des housses de couette pour les enfants pas très grands) Système de verrouillage porte du bac à glaçons qui vous reste dans la main (un petit bout de plastique gris trainaît dans le frigo à l'arrivée, provenant probablement du système, mais l'enquête doit continuer): Remboursement de la pièce néanmoins réclamé ultérieurement par le propriétaire. Ravi donc de participer à la maintenance de cet électroménager de piètre qualité ). Par ailleurs l'exposé des motifs de demande de remboursement (kit draps et frigo) était truffé d'affabulations frôlant la diffamation. La découverte du chalet tient quelque peu du jeu de piste (mais les voisins sont très sympas !) On en restera là...

perturbé par la canicule et la santé d'un de nos membres.

Une personne du groupe n'a pas supporter la canicule et a été malade. Le chalet se rafraîchit la nuit mais se réchauffe vite en journée, la personne malade ne pouvant se déplacer, cela n'a pas arranger les choses.

calme, jolie, agréable

ma femme et moi nous avons découvert ces jolies chalets bien décorés par rogers et dany. endroit frais pour le mois de juin comparé à chez nous en alsace. petit coin sans moustiques et avec la joie de faire une sieste en étant bercé par le chant des oiseaux ainsi que le son des cloches des troupeaux. départ de balade sympa autour du domaine. et merci pour le demi saint nectaire dans le frigo. coté nature c'est l'endroit idéale et pour le repos également ainsi que le côté terroire.

Le grand calme, au vert dans un chalet douillet

Une formidable semaine dans un endroit calme, vert et chaleureux. Le cadre est magnifique. Le parc dans lequel se trouvent les chalets est superbement entretenu par les propriétaires. La distance entre les chalets et les rideaux d arbres qui les séparent assurent une intimité totale. Le chalet est agréable à vivre. Dany et Roger sont des hôtes disponibles et accueillants. Bref un séjour agréable sur tous les plans.

Accueil très sympathique. Chalet très propre et bien décoré. Terrain très soigné. Environnement très calme. Très belle région avec mille "choses" à visiter. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location. Séjour trop court (une semaine). Nous rêvons d'y retourner.

un petit coin de Paradis

Le chalet est aussi appréciable que les propriétaires... Un chalet très propre, agréable a vivre surtout quand le soleil est la, transats et grillades sont au RDV. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants et de très bon conseils pour la randonnée. Le st nectaire offert par Dany et Roger a été apprécie tout autant que le site. MERCI pour cette semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis. Famille de Loire Atlantique.

week-end très agréable

Nous avons aimé ce joli village, le calme de l'endroit , et les jolies ballades à faire alentours. Le chalet est très cosy, et rien n'y manque. le jardin arboré est très agréable Je conseille une petite sieste dans un transat ( très confortable) sur la terrasse, la vue est extraordinaire ! Merci aux gentils propriétaires .

une semaine de détente, repos, calme, et ski dans un atmosphère authentique de montagne et chalet confortable typique et décoré avec gout, propre et complet. Acceuil agréable et st nectaire pour notre arrivé a été une agréable surprise et surtout délicieux. merci
