Gîte de Blanche en Champagne

The vacation rental is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the town of Saint-Euphraise-et-Clairizet, 11 km from Reims, 28 km from Épernay, and 15 km from Hautvillers (the birthplace of Champagne). The village is surrounded by vineyards and is the ideal base for exploring our beautiful Champagne region. The nearby GR142 hiking trail offers plenty of opportunities for hiking. The house features a large enclosed courtyard (with space to park one or two vehicles) equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living area comprising the living room, the dining room that opens onto the kitchen, and a separate half-bath (with a washing machine). Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The rate includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, household linens, and utilities (heating and electricity). A cleaning fee of €50 per stay is available.

Idéalement situé dans un petit village à flanc de côteau, le logement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Une cour privatisée et sécurisée permet de stationner 2 véhicules, et un abri (celui des poubelles en fait) autorise le stockage des vélos. Rien à signaler sur les hôtes, présents à l'arrivée et au départ, mais discrets quoique disponibles le reste du temps.Au niveau des visites et curiosités, quelques guides et conseils sont présents dabs le logement. Pas de commerces dans le village mais un Intermarché se trouve à moins de 10 kilomètres.
