In a quiet setting in the Pays d’Auge, 10 minutes from the Côte Fleurie (Deauville, Trouville, ...), on 4,000 m² of land, a historic half-timbered house with 4 bedrooms (including one double), a living room with exposed beams and a beautiful antique fireplace, a large kitchen opening onto the tree-lined garden (apple trees, pear tree, weeping willows, etc.), a bathroom, and a shower room with a toilet.

The accommodation
The house has plenty of charm; fully renovated and painted in light colors, it is very bright. A true cozy retreat, with its terracotta tiles on the first floor and light gray hardwood floors on the first floor. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting. The common areas on the first floor are cozy: the living room with its large fireplace, a small sitting area with a large trunk full of games, and the spacious kitchen with windows facing three directions and an opening onto the garden.
And, just 50 meters from the house, you can buy organic vegetables straight from the farm! Other farms a few kilometers away offer eggs and poultry.
In Pont l’Evêque (4 km), Deauville, and Trouville (11 km), markets are held every week throughout the year.

Just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find numerous equestrian centers, golf clubs, and water sports centers.
