The flat has an entrance hall with a sofa, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large desk and a 2-seater sofa bed, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with an Italian-style shower, and a balcony accessible from the living room and bedroom. Located on the Cours Fauriel, one of the most beautiful areas of St-Etienne, you will be close to the station without having to enter the city centre! Bed linen and towels provided.

Located on the 4th floor, accessible by lift, the flat can accommodate 4 people and is as follows:
- Entrance hall with sofa, cupboards and wardrobe
- Living room with large desk, 2-seater sofa bed, dining table and TV
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also a second dining table for 4 in the kitchen.
- Bedroom with queen-size bed 160 cm x 200 cm, TV
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror
- Separate WC
- NORTH-facing balcony, accessible from the living room and bedroom. The balcony overlooks the park.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine with dryer, ironing board and iron.

- Located in St-Etienne without having to enter the city, you'll be close to the junction that serves the following main destinations: Lyon and St Exupéry airport, Clermont-Ferrand, Roanne and Le Puy and Valence.
- All the shops are nearby: restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, greengrocers, tobacconists, florists, hairdressers, banks, post office, Casino supermarket on the ground floor of the flat, etc.
- In the building you will also find: doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, dental surgeons, osteopaths, etc....
