The beds were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable. 1 pillow each for a family of 6. No kettle or coffee making facilities. We went and purchased a kettle because we needed it for baby bottles. Air conditioning was mediocre and didn’t really work.

Katastrophal! Zimmer vollkommen verwohnt Und mit Schimmel an der Wand. Selbst in dieser Preisklasse sollte man besseres erwarten können. Mit dem Premier Class in Lyon hatte ich bessere Erfahrung. Lediglich über die Matratze kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Das Reinigungspersonal hat seine Arbeit nach bester Möglichkeit erledigt. Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend OK.

Personnel très irrespectueux ne respecte ni le client ni la loi j'avais 15mn de retard la réceptionniste c'est invité dans ma chambre alors que j'étais sous la douche quand j'ai entendu et je suis sortie lui demander de fermer ma porte elle refusé en me disant que je suis en retard et en reguardent mais affaire qui était sur le lit un peu comme une voleuse, j'ai fini par sortir de la douche en serviette et lui claquer la porte au nez,en décèdent pour rendre la clé je lui demande pour quoi elle a fait sa elle me dit c'est par se que j'étais en retard, donc en prétextant un retard elle a violé mon intimité et refuser de sortir et de fermer ma porte alors que j'ai lui demander 4fois jusqu'à se que je sorte de la douche la fermé moi même.je déconseille fortement cette hôtel du coup
