Charming single-storey house with a wooden deck, private enclosed garden, and covered terrace. Located in the heart of old St Etienne du Rouvray, in a very quiet setting. Small pets are welcome (up to 2, for an extra fee).



This 36 m² cottage is ideally situated in old St Etienne du Rouvray. Well equipped, it features a living room with open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet. The garden and terrace are fully fenced.



The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary dishes. A Senseo coffee machine is available for your mornings, along with homemade jam for breakfast. TV for relaxing evenings.



The bedroom has a double bed and a small wardrobe. Bathroom and toilet are en suite.



Towels, tea towels, and bed linen are provided. Each room has electric heating for optimal comfort.
