Villa of 120m2 ( BBC standard) in a clear and green environment , very quiet .
The large living room of 50m2 with open kitchen has 2 windows overlooking one onto a covered terrace of 30m2 and the other on a green area on one level. The view is over the surrounding forest with 2000m2 of terraces land adjoining home.

The kitchen is particularly well equipped and we made ​​sure that nothing is missing.
WIFI Freebox throughout the house . Electric barbecue and charcoal will be available .
Guests can enjoy all the amenities nearby (markets, organic market , supermarkets , bakery, Post office ... ) .

You will be at the heart of many villages Characters and natural attractions including the two villages classified as "most beautiful villages of France " in the department of ArdĂšche , Vogue and Balazuc, respectively 8 and 14km from the Vernade .

Fabulous property

My husband and I have just spent the most relaxing holiday staying in this beautiful gite. From the welcome we had on arrival, to the morning of departure, everything was just perfect. The gite was exceptionally well equipped, beautiful rooms, stunning bathroom and an amazing outdoor area on the balacony which we used both morning and evening to sit and eat our meals on. It was very clean and was situated in a quiet yet central region for us to explore. It was truly home from home, and at the end of our stay, we didn't want to leave. An amazing property for anyone wishing to relax and get away from it all...

A conseiller d'office pour toutes les qualités de la maison et accueil

TrĂšs simple : tout est nickel, contact avec le propriĂ©taire, contact avec les parents Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, propretĂ©, toutes les piĂšces sont nickel, toute la vaisselle nĂ©cessaire (et mĂȘme beaucoup d'ustensiles est lĂ ). Pour une idĂ©e, il y a un barbecue traditionnel et un Ă©lectrique. Vraiment une maison superbe pour un prix qui n'est pas cher. Nous y retournerons et allons en parler Ă  la famille et aux amis. J'allais oublier : maison hyper calme et vue sur la nature superbe de la terrasse extĂ©rieure couverte.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefĂŒhlt in dem schönen, großen und sehr gepflegten Haus. Die große Terrasse und die Ruhe haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Man kann auf dem GrundstĂŒck parken. Also uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, man ist schnell an allen Top-SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und EinkaufsmĂ€rkte sind auch schnell erreichbar. Es war fĂŒr uns ein gelungener Urlaub.

Fijn huis met heerlijk overdekt terras

Heerlijke week vakantie gehad. Modern ingericht en schoon. Ruime badkamer met grote inloopdouche en toilet en een extra apart toilet. Ruime woonkamer met grote keuken waar echt alles in aanwezig is. Aan 2 kanten van de woonkamer een schuifpui waarvan 1 naar een overdekt terras en 1 naar de tuin. Op beide plaatsen is het heerlijk toeven. Grote supermarkt op slechts 3 autominuten afstand. Dit huis is een echte aanrader!

Entspannung und Ruhe pur

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal hier, und das sagt schon alles. Wie zuletzt haben wir uns wieder rundherum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Besonders die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse die von den nahen BĂ€umen umgehen ist hat es uns angetan, hier fĂŒhlt man sich der Natur so herrlich nah, kann den Vögeln lauschen und den Blick in den herrlichen Garten geniesen. Der Weg zum Einkaufen ist auch nicht weit. WĂ€re unserer Anfahrt nicht so weit kĂ€men wir sicher noch öfter. Danke fĂŒr die wunderbare Zeit.

Fijne ruime vakantiewoning

Het huis is prima. Wat niet goed was, is dat de ketel op 50 graden stond afgesteld. Dit geeft een groot risico op legionella! De franse overheid stelt 60 graden verplicht, voor boilers op campings en vakantiehuisjes.

Wir haben das Objekt gut gefunden. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfreich. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Tagestouren in die Cevennen, ArdechĂš etc. Wir haben 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht.

Tolles Haus (mitten) an der Adeche!

WIr hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem angenehm großem Haus. Die Kommunikation klappte in English super und sofort. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet auch und besonders fĂŒr viele Personen. MIt den vier(!) Schlafzimmern sollte jeder seinen Platz finden. Die ĂŒberdachte Terasse ist perfekt in der Abendsonne. Auch bei Regen hat man so einen gemĂŒtlichen Platz. Grill und alles andere ist natĂŒrlich auch dabei. Wenn was fehlt, der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke!! (Der BĂ€cker und GemĂŒsehĂ€ndler auf der anderen :-)) Die Radwege und alles andere an der Ardeche startet auch von hier. AusfĂŒhrliche Hilfe findet sich im Haus! Also alles perfekt und wie gedacht.

Herrlicher Urlaub in wunderbarem Haus

Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die Bilder sind genauso wie man es vorfindet. Wir haben besonders die ĂŒberdachte Terrasse sehr genossen und dort die meiste Zeit verbracht, aber auch die Hausaufteilung und die Lage sind wunderbar. SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar und noch einfacher war das Einkaufen, in kurzer Entfernung ein Supermarkt und auch BĂ€ckerei nicht weit. Wer mag wandert direkt vom Haus los oder findet auch nach kurzer Fahrt schöne Strecken. Wir wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen.

Grande maison idéale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison de plein pied, fonctionnelle et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Maison spacieuse et confortable

Toute la famille a passĂ© de trĂšs bons moments dans votre maison. Le calme, la nature autour de la maison nous a plu beaucoup. Quand mĂȘme les magasins, boulangeries etc pas loins, trĂšs pratique. La maison est spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. C'Ă©tait au dessus nos attentes. Merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons sĂ»rement!
