Dominique opens the doors of an authentic traditional country farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, with "old-world" charm (completely restored inside), nestled in a dead end on the confines of a mini rural hamlet, between Morvan & country Couchois, very close to the town center of the small, typical village of Saint-Emiland (with a listed Romanesque church from the 12th century). Soothing "little corner of the countryside", nestled on the immediate edge of meadows on the edge of a forest (with, in season, the famous Charolais cows grazing peacefully as close neighbors), adjoining the "Pont du Roi dam" (si 2.5 km away), vast water reservoir of 44 ha nestled in the hollow of an immense wild forest massif (bucolic artificial lake submerging an ancient valley for several kilometers), exceptional biotope & literal fishermen's paradise, natural area classified & protected in Natura 2000 Zone for its rich fauna & flora (with an educational trail).
