“Originally from Alsace, we came to build our cozy little nest on family-owned land in the hills above St. Dié nearly 10 years ago. Our family, united under the name Démangeat since June 17, 2021, consists of Baptiste, our oldest son, who is crazy about animals; Victoire, our middle daughter, who is passionate about princesses; and Lylirose, our youngest, who was born during the first lockdown. Since we both work in social services and healthcare, we love sharing, connecting with others, and traveling—which is why we naturally wanted to embark on this adventure with Homnest.
