Located in the hamlet of Challes, this two-story house (65 m²) has been converted into a renovated farmhouse, combining old-world charm with more contemporary decor. The entrance is via a private, shaded terrace, ideal for relaxing. You access a hall with plenty of storage space. Discover the living spaces via the staircase. A spacious, bright living room with a superb wooden frame. This welcoming living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a sitting area, and a discreet office. The windows are fitted with solar-powered roller shutters, ensuring comfort and freshness on sunny days. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x190), separated by a semi-open partition for added privacy. A modern bathroom with toilet completes this cozy cottage. Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden with sun loungers, secure parking, and access to the owners' swimming pool from mid-May to mid-October, subject to weather and regulatory conditions.
