This 70m2 apartment surrounded by a splendid The 80m2 terrace offering you a panoramic view of Saint-Denis and its mountains as well as a small piece of the Indian Ocean is composed of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a Queensize bed and the other with a Kingsize bed or 2 beds of 90cm), a bathroom, a toilet, a large living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining area. Large bay windows will allow you to live indoors/outdoors and the large semi-covered terrace, including a dining area, a living room and a jacuzzi, will allow you to make the most of the great outdoors and enjoy evenings in the moonlight.

Fully equipped, it includes sheets, towels, washing machine, wifi, fiber, satellite TV, crockery, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, etc.
It is ideal for both business and family stays.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people but can accommodate 6 travelers. However, this extra bed is a sofa bed that is placed in a living room where the dark night is impossible.

The residence, old and built in the 70s, offers a striking contrast between the interior of the building and the modern and design decoration of the apartment. However, it is ideally located with many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Magnificent historical monuments and museums as well as parks and gardens make up the Barachois district. The coastal path is directly accessible on the other side of the street and will allow you to reach the East by bike (rental possible at the foot of the residence) or on foot for the more adventurous!

A private, secure and remotely monitored outdoor parking lot is available for travelers. It is located 50m from the entrance of the residence and only one space is available.

The cathedral square, a place of nightlife, is just a few minutes' walk away as well as several cinemas (an old and a new one for all tastes!), a casino, a billiards table and a nightclub.

Located just 10 minutes from Roland Garros airport, you will be halfway with direct access to the West road and its beaches in 30 minutes (depending on traffic) as well as the East which will charm you with its green vegetation and lush nature.

Despite a central location, calm reigns within the residence and we will ask you to preserve it. Thus, in order to guarantee the tranquility of the inhabitants of the building and for obvious reasons, parties, "surprise" guests and animals are not allowed. As the accommodations are located on the 3rd floor without a lift, do not take a reservation if you do not feel able to bring your luggage.
