Welcome to our mobile home located at the Cap Soleil campsite (4*) in Saint-Denis d'Oléron, situated right opposite the Atlantic Ocean. An ideal location to enjoy the sea air every day, in a preserved natural setting. Our very recent mobile home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a large covered terrace, extending from the interior space. The campsite has a large outdoor swimming pool (4 slides) and an indoor swimming pool (1 slide), a bar-restaurant, a mini-market, and numerous children's games. The mobile home in detail: Comprising 2 bedrooms, accommodating 4 people: One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Pillows and duvets are provided (sheets and towels not included). (provided). The living room includes a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. The kitchen has specially selected new appliances: microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The spacious and fully covered terrace is an extension of the living room. You will find a garden table and deck chairs. You can also cook outside with a new Weber gas barbecue. The campsite in detail: The 4-star "Cap Soleil" campsite, located in Saint-Denis d'Oléron, has a large aquatic complex: an outdoor pool with 4 water slides (open in summer) and an indoor pool with 1 water slide. Bar-restaurant, mini-market, and laundry facilities. Numerous games and facilities for children: trampoline, bouncy castle. A kids' club is open in the summer. For older children: synthetic football pitch, ping-pong tables and a pétanque court. For your daily walks and to visit the island, you can leave your car behind. Outside the campsite, a safe cycle path linking Saint-Denis to La Brée-les-Bains runs alongside the road and the ocean, ideal for exploring the area by bike or on foot. In July and August, a free shuttle bus service stops in front of the campsite (8 times a day, 7 days a week) to transport you anywhere on the island. To be paid directly upon arrival at reception: Access fees to Camping and activities: - €5 per day per adult over 18 years old, and €2.50 per day per child from 2 to 18 years old (free for children under 2 years old) - Wristbands for the swimming pools: €3 per person for the entire stay - Tourist tax: €0.66 per adult, per night. A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival, payable to our manager for cleaning (this will be returned and not cashed if the cleaning is satisfactory). NEW IN 2025: The terrace is fully covered and enclosed, extending the living area. You'll find a garden table and deck chairs there.

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Wireless internet access (surcharge) is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
