Clean well equipped house in an excellent location

House had everything we needed and was well laid out. It is on a main road but did not really bother us as was well insulated and living area is at the back. St Denis is a lovely small town with quite large daily market. Although there are beaches in St Denis we preferred the one at les huites which is 3km away on bike tracks. Thank you carbine.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil dans une maison adaptée pour un séjour familial avec ado et enfants en bas-ùge. Bon équipement mis à notre disposition. Quelques éléments défecteux signalés à la gérante mais sans que cela n'obÚre notre séjour. Intervenants à l'écoute.

La maison donnait l'impression de ne pas avoir Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e correctement depuis longtemps. Nous sommes loin d'ĂȘtre tatillons et avons fini par faire le mĂ©nage nous-mĂȘmes pour nous sentir Ă  l'aise. Les meubles, surtout dans le jardin, ont beaucoup vieilli, sont rouillĂ©s et Ă©taient aussi trĂšs sales. En soi, la maison est agrĂ©able et amĂ©nagĂ©e avec style. La situation de la maison dans le village est bonne (Ă  l'exception du bruit de la rue), c'est pourquoi il Ă©tait d'autant plus dĂ©cevant que les propriĂ©taires n'aient fait aucun effort pour louer la maison dans un Ă©tat agrĂ©able malgrĂ© le loyer Ă©levĂ©. La cabine de plage annoncĂ©e en bonne place n'Ă©tait pas non plus Ă  louer. Nous ne l'avons appris que sur demande. Nous ne pouvons donc pas recommander cette maison et nous chercherons autre chose pour nos prochaines vacances sur l'Ăźle. Celle-ci, ainsi que le village de St. Denis, sont trĂšs beaux et constituent un endroit formidable pour se reposer.

Séjour trÚs agréable

Carine est trÚs réactive et agréable. Sa maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec des enfants. L'emplacement permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied et la maison est bien équipée. Un seul bémol : à cette période, la maison était trÚs humide avec des échanges thermiques importants (condensation, sol humide). Un problÚme qui ne doit pas se poser en été. Un séjour trÚs agréable malgré ce bémol ! Merci

Pas convaincue

La maison est conforme aux photos question dĂ©coration. A notre arrivĂ©e la maison Ă©tait trĂšs sale : vaisselle rangĂ©e sale, meubles de jardins sales, salle de bains juste essuyĂ©e, sols non lavĂ©s... Une barre de sol tordue et dangereuse, la grille du BBQ complĂštement rouillĂ©e, une patĂšre arrachĂ©e, pas de tĂ©lĂ© dans la chambre en haut... Le lave vaisselle est tombe en panne mais la propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif et l’a remplacĂ© par un autre dans la journĂ©e mais celui ci ne marchait guĂšre mieux La situation de la maison est bien. Je jardin agrĂ©able mais avec vis Ă  vis. Attention cependant car la table et les blancs extĂ©rieurs sont vissĂ©s au sol ce qui est embĂȘtant pour les personnes ĂągĂ©es et en surpoids. La maison est sur la route principale qui traverse l’üle et les fenĂȘtres des chambres donnent sur la route : impossible d’ouvrir ses volets et fenĂȘtres durant le sĂ©jour Bref, pour le mĂȘme prix vous pouvez trouver bien mieux et mieux entretenu !

SĂ©jour au calme et reposant

Location trÚs bien équipée avec une literie de qualité. TrÚs bien agencé et propre à notre arrivée. La location est trÚs bien située. 5min des commerces et 15 min de la plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil , la disponibilité et le sérieux de Mme Buffereau. Super séjour calme et reposant sur cette ßle pleine de charme.

Location parfaite pour une séjour sur l'ßle d'Oléron

La maison est trÚs bien équipée et se trouve trÚs proche des commerces. La proximité de la route qui mÚne vers le phare de Chassiron n'est pas dérangeante car c'est trÚs calme la nuit. Le coin en haut (espace enfants) est trÚs sympa. Enfin la terrasse et le petit coin pour mettre les vélos est parfait. Le petit plus : la cabine à la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

parfait pour une famille : nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et 3 enfants, sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans ce village avec boulangerie ouverte pendant ces fĂȘtes de NoĂ«l, c'Ă©tait apprĂ©ciable pour les croissants du petit dĂ©jeuner ! A 15 minutes en voiture du marchĂ© de St Pierre et bien sĂ»r Ă  3km du phare de Chassiron lieu que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le jour et aussi au crĂ©puscule ...magique !

Schone Wohnung mit unĂŒberhöhrbarem Verkehrsanschluss

Eine wirklich schön eingerichtete Wohnung! Der kleine Hof ist auch gut zu nutzen. Allerdings ist die Straße vor dem Haus in den NĂ€chten schon unangenehm. Man kann auf keinem Fall mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, die Autos fahren direkt vor dem Fenster. Es gibt zwar einen "Weber"-Grill, allerdings hat der keinen Rost und kein Grillbesteck. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganz gut eingerichtet, gute Betten, guten Bad.
