Urlaubsfeeling

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus passte. Alle fühlten sich wohl. Kleine Mängel (ein Waschbecken war sehr undicht, die Grundstückstür klemmt, die Olivenbäume machen sehr viel Dreck) konnten wir verschmerzen.

Es gab Probleme mit der Stromversorgung. Ein FI Schalter sprang öfter heraus. Daraufhin funktionierten Kühlschrank und andere Küchengeräte und Klima nicht mehr. Erst nach Stillegung der Waschmaschinensicherung war der FI-Schalter ok. Wir haben das Problem unmittelbar per whatsapp beim Verwalter angezeigt, jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten noch kam jemand um sich um das Problem zu kümmern. Dies stellt sicher einen erheblichen Reisemangel dar, zumal Strom sicherheitsrelevant ist. Kompensation?

Manque de qualité.

belle maison , bonne situation Le rapport qualité prix est à revoir car la qualité n' y est pas. Aspirateur réparé au gros scotch. Étendoir à linge rouillé. Un sommier en faux cuir qui part en morceaux ainsi que la tête de lit. Les poêles sont très abîmés , nous ne les avons pas utilisé . Dépôt de déchets verts à l'arrière de la maison..... Nous avons des photos.

Tolles Haus mit (leider) kleinen Fehlern

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind von Aufbau super. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Leider gab es viele Mängel, die den Gesamteindruck gemindert haben. Angesichts des Preises waren diese doch störend. Viele Möbel waren bereits defekt oder stark abgenutzt. Die Schlafzimmer und das Studio waren nicht klimatisiert, nur Wohnzimmer und Flur. Der Gasgrill war unbrauchbar, da nur eine von fünf Flammen funktionierte. In manchen Bädern gab es keinen Wasserdruck. Der Verwalter spricht nur französisch.

De belles vacances à Saint-Cyr

Lorsque que l’on entre dans la villa, la charme opère instantanément, la végétation, le balcon sur le toit et la belle piscine font de ce bien un bien assez exceptionnel. Par contre, le grill ne fonctionnait qu’à moitié et n’avait pas de poignée. Seules deux casseroles étaient utilisables sur les plaques à induction et le frigo était très sale et pas vidé à notre arrivée. Enfin les matelas étaient soit très mous, soit très durs. Les lits sont très abîmés. Cela gâche un peu l’expérience.

Location villa 4 jours à St Cyr sur Mer

Une très belle et grande villa avec grande piscine non loin de la plage à pieds. Nous étions 12 adultes et 2 enfants pour un anniversaire le mien en l’occurrence ! Tout s’est bien passé en respectant le voisinage !

Tres Belle maison mais...

Parfait pour 12 personnes (bien qu'indiqué pour 14) La gestion ménage à été très conflictuelle. Attention car la caution est obligatoirement en cash et la personne qui gère les clés tente de se servir si vous n'avez pas passé la serpillière (meme si le ménage principal est fait). Ce n'est pas agréable de finir le séjour par un sentiment d'arnaque.

Finitions approximative

Équipements extérieurs parfait. En revanche la qualité des finitions et des équipements laisent un peu à désirer. On comprend pourquoi il n'y a pas de photo du studio. Très mauvaise état. Le menage peut être mieux fait. Dans la douche d'une des chambres, le mitigeur est bloquée par un flexible. On ne peut donc avoir soit de l'eau froide soit de l'eau très chaude. Pour quelques jours, on fait abstraction mais sur une durée plus longue, cela devient gênant.
