Excellent !

Voir mes autres avis pour l'essentiel... Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir installé une clim réversible dans le salon et dans la chambre car l'été il doit y faire chaud ! Merci aussi pour le micro onde qui facilite la vie pendant les vacances ! Il ne manque plus que de laisser un des placards du couloir à la disposition des locataires car il manque un peu de rangement pour les vêtements !!! En tout les cas logement MAGNIFIQUE

Excellent mais...

Appartement très beau, refait très récemment avec bon goût ! Salle de bain magnifique ! Que dire de la vue qui est exceptionnelle !! Malgré cela 3 points qu'on ne peut pas qualifier de négatif mais de dommageable : pas de micro onde, peu de rangement dans la chambre au lit double pour les vêtements, et garage vraiment étroit. Mais ces 3 petits points s'effacent vite quand on est sur le balcon face au coucher de soleil !!!!

Großartig!

Wir waren im April in Saint Cyr sur Mer und es war wunderbar. Das Appartment hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es war sauber, gemütlich und der Blick von der Terasse ist ein absoluter Traum. Auch der Gang zum Hafen ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. Wirklich ein toller Ort um zu entspannen.

Le logement est très bien situé et au calme. A savoir que la place de parking est un plus même si elle est très étroite, car pas beaucoup de places gratuites dans la rue devant . Petit point négatif l' appart était pas très propre à notre arrivée et de la vaisselle sale était dans le lave vaisselle. Sinon on reviendrait sans hésiter , on a passé une bonne semaine de vacances.

Verzorgd appartement met het nodige comfort. Voldoende ruim terras met prachtig zicht op zee en de haven!.Weinig of geen last gehad van het nachtleven aan de haven ( buiten het hoogseizoen verbleven). Mooie locatie!. Toch enkele minpuntjes over de bereikbaarheid met bagage : geen lift in de ondergrondse garage die 50 m verder ligt( garagebox bevindt zich op -2!). Geen mogelijkheid tot laadplaats voor appartement ( door afsluiting staanplaatsenterrein met rolhekken). Bereikbaarheid kan beter

Vue magnifique mais appartement à rafraîchir

Le grand point positif est l'emplacement et la vue magnifique sur la baie de la Ciotat. Mais malheureusement il y a des points négatifs à ne pas négliger comme la vétusté du mobilier (chaises du salon fragiles et vieilles, frigo défaillant et vieux avec plusieurs centimètres de givre à notre arrivée,sucre apparent sous le chauffage d'une des chambres, manque de verres à boire et cuisine vétuste ! Il serait temps d'investir et de rafraîchir à fond cet appartement qui a du potentiel !
