Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, all just renovated renovated, in the heart of the Marina of Saint Cyprien, and close to all amenities, shops 200m away (following the Marina on foot), in a privileged setting. 15 km Perpignan and 15 km Collioure, 30 km Spain,
Our house is located on the edge of the Marina (about 40 meters) and 200 meters from the beach (Swing Bridge Beach.
The villa is in the heart of a holiday residence with a communal swimming pool.
The house benefits from a garden of 50m2 with fully enclosed barbecue surrounded by oleanders. It is completely renovated, very well equipped, new kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave all the complete equipment.... washing machine, dryer, outdoor equipment.
In terms of bedrooms: bedroom 1 = bed 140cm, bedroom 2 = bunk beds with 1 bed in 90 cm and a double bed under 120 cm
Possibility to rent, sheets, towels, baby equipment... from the concierge service
Cleaning at the end of your stay is carried out by the concierge (to be paid on site) 65€

Schöne, kleine Unterkunft

Sehr schön eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Leider hattet der Pool, weswegen wir das Objekt gewählt hatten, noch nicht geöffnet, was man uns erst vor Ort mitteilte. Ansonsten alles super!
